Supervisor - Pre-Analytical Operations


  • Provide prompt and excellent client support

  • Onboarding new facility into the LIS system

  • Facilitate and supervise kit orders and supplies management

  • Lead sample tracking for workflow completion, missing information and/or other delays

  • Coordinate with facilities for missing documents/information for test orders

  • Train and coordinate with specimen collectors for compliant workflow by holding weekly/monthly virtual meetings

  • Hiring paperwork and Timesheet management for collectors off-site

  • Answer Support emails prompting with accurate information

  • Present report on turnaround time, delays and team’s performance to the leadership

  • Supervise samples receiving, bar coding, document scanning and accessioning

  • Post-accessioning records/documents management


  • Well versed with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint,

  • Adobe PDF Editor

  • Google Suite – Gmail, Drive (Docs, Google Sheet) Calendar

  • Excellent communication skills over phone and emails

  • Attention to details, high quality of work, prompt and punctual

  • Experienced with healthcare front office


  • Bilingual

  • Exposure to HR and accounting, SmartSheet and Dropbox

  • Basic knowledge of Medical billing

Genetic Testing Sales Representative


As an iGenomeDx Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth by representing the Company's Vision, Mission and Core Values to increase adoption of the Company's testing services. You will be responsible for: 

  • Provide state of the art clinical testing services to healthcare providers

  • Providing superior customer service to new and existing accounts

  • Educating physicians and their staff about the Company's services that will improve health and quality of life for their patients

  • Working with other sales team members to promote best practices and adherence to industry standards.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field (preferred)

  • Ability to develop new business and expand relationships with existing customers

  • Diagnostic sales experience is preferred; knowledge of genetics is plus
